On the list of things to do are:
  1. Install rocker sound proof cover - COMPLETED 17/8/2014
  2. Clean out the cab and take up all the flooring to check for rust spots - COMPLETED 21/8/2014
  3. Chop out rusty panels in the cab and out riggers - COMPLETED 27/8/2014
  4. Fix the OSF inertia real seat belt- COMPLETED 31/8/2014
  5. Clean, stabilise and paint battery box - COMPLETED 31/8/2014
  6. Repair the holes in both footwells - COMPLETED 1/9/2014
  7. Repair the rusted OSF outrigger - COMPLETED 1/9/2014
  8. Remove, clean, paint and reseal snorkel - COMPLETED 3/9/2014
  9. Paint newly repaired panels both inside and out - COMPLETED 5/9/2014
  10. Refit end cover on winch and seal - COMPLETED 8/9/2014
  11. Clean rust off rock sliders and rear bumper then protect and repaint
  12. Swap wheels and tyres with Disco 1 XS, or poss just get old wheels for Disco - COMPLETED 3/1/2015
  13. Exchange starter motor with Disco 1 as its sticking a bit - COMPLETED 23/12/2014 (only needed the bolts tightening)
  14. Align the gear leave with 3rd and 4th gears.  Currently just off to the right a bit - COMPLETED 23/9/2014
  15. Fix return issue with front wipers - COMPLETED 8/7/2015
  16. Address the wiring in the battery box under the drivers seat and label them
  17. Bolt both batterys down - COMPLETED 23/12/2014
  18. Fix the ancillary fuse boxes to the chassis
  19. Check out why the fuse case has melted on the roof spot lights
  20. Fit a protective bar over the front spots
  21. Fit waterproof connectors to lights
  22. Fit rear spot/working lights
  23. New steering wheel
  24. Fit central locking, opening all the doors by had is driving me nuts - COMPLETED 21/6/2015
  25. Fit an alarm with central locking output and a remote that can take an integrated key - COMPLETED 21/6/2015
  26. Fit an inline thermostat for the Kenlow fan
  27. Sound proof the load area floor to stop the dog sliding about - COMPLETED 10/9/2014
  28. Fit a roof lining - Purchased but needs fitting
  29. Fit side and rear panel liners
  30. Respray body, colour to be decided
  31. Anodise bonnet checker plate black and refit with rivet bolts
  32. Re-anodise and lower plates that are starting to lift
  33. Repaint or powder coat bumpers, sliders and cage
  34. Install TDI boost pin to give more power (see LRO or TDM Tuning)
  35. Install Alpine roof windows - Purchased but needs fitting
  36. Replace manifold heat shield
  37. Cut in new sound insulation foam around the gear and transfer levers - COMPLETED 5/7/2015
I'm sure this list will get even bigger!!!
